Raj Malhotra (Akshay Kumar) is a suave businessman who while steadily climbing the corporate ladder also has a content personal life with a beautiful loving wife Priya (Kareena Kapoor). Trouble brews in paradise when Rajs past tries to catch up with him in Sonia (Priyanka Chopra) now his bosss wife. Sonia wants to reignite the flames of their past love and tries to force Raj back. When he fails to be bogged down he ends up being the victim accused of a shameful act.
