Tony (Govinda) a carefree tourist guide in Goa meets a tourist Sonia (Aishwarya Rai) and it seems to him that his dreams of marrying a rich beauty are coming true. Elated he becomes her tourist guide and falls in love with her much to the dismay of Nina (Namrata Shrodkar) who is in love with him. Things take an unexpected turn when Sonia expresses her interest in meeting his journalist friend Prem (Jackie Shroff). An exciting film a delightful love-story and a mystery ending.
