Suneeta (Asha Parekh) is a wealthy heiress whose father is mysteriously murdered. The manager of the company he owned a man called Rajan (Madan Puri) dupes Suneeta into marriage. On their wedding night she discovers that Rajan is her dad`s killer. Horrified she runs away and her car crashes on a mountainside. She is rescued by a band of gypsies. A man who drives a truck for them Mohan (Jeetendra) helps Suneeta out and listens to her story. He helps her to disguise herself as a gypsy girl so that Rajan who is on her trail will not get her. Gradually love blooms between Mohan and Suneeta but a gypsy girl Nisha (Aruna Irani) who is always loved Mohan becomes jealous.
