Raghav (Nagarjuna) is a dreadful criminal who works for J.P. Sethi (Danny). A corrupt D.C.P. protects Raghav and Sethi`s gang.The Mayor of the City supports inspector Krishna. J. P. Sethi decides to go into the action to kill the Mayor Raghav kills the Mayor in cold blood. Inspector Krishna watches the murder suddenly from a distance and chases Raghav. But Raghav escapes.
