This tells the story of a painter (Govinda) who comes to Delhi to realise his dreams of being a great painter. He lands a job in an ad agency but his dreams are shattered when he is asked to paint billboards and hoardings on skyscrapers. Later he falls head over heels in love with a dancer (Rani Mukherji) who has come to Delhi to do research on Indian music but the two get an impression that the other person is dumb.
