Rajesh`s parents got separated due to his grandmother`s intervention before he was born. His aim is to get his mother the place and respect that she deserved in his father`s family without which he is not willing to return to his grandmother which is what she wanted. However his grandmother is not willing to do so. More time passes Rajesh gets married to Champa and he is put behind the bars for a crime he never committed leaving his pregnant wife behind. When he is released after some years he is shocked to see his wife living with his grandmother and refusing to go back to his mother`s place. What is the reason that compelled Champa to do so?
