Police inspector Karan Saxena (Sunny Deol) works hard to curtail illegal weapons trading the main source of Bombay`s growing terrorism. Vexed by Karan`s activities notorious terrorist Bhujang (Amrish Puri) frames the cop resulting in his transfer to Madhupur. There Karan meets Jaisingh (Naseeruddin Shah) and Ravi (Jackie Shroff) and the three join forces to take down Bhujang and his cohorts in this volcanic action adventure.
