Yaadein is the story of Anil (Sunil Dutt) and Priya (Nargis) a happily married couple. While all is normal between them Priya has to keep up with his irresponsible behaviour all the time. Priya is at the end of her tether when he strays from their marriage. She walks out with the children. Realizing she is gone he relives all the moments spent with her beginning with their first meeting to all the bitterness that kept growing. He realizes his mistakes and is driven to suicide. What happens next is the interesting part of this movie directed and produced by Sunil Dutt.
