Commando Officer Dharma has been implicated in a valley bridge bomb blast case by a group of terrorists who had fourteen years earlier implicated Karma in a murder case. Dharma''s younger brother Rakesh and Karma''s lost son Pradeep are working as Architects in "kumar-Menka Co" which is trying its best to grab the tender of Asia''s Biggest Shopping Centre in competition to another company N.I.S. but just before the tender date Menka is murdered and Rakesh is arrested on murder charge. later police also suspects Pradeep as murderer. Dharma and Karma become bitter enemies to save their brother and lost son respectively but later on their enemety - turns into an unbreakable friendship.
