So easy to put together. I had it together faster then it took my son to unwrap it. Both tents just flip open. Then you put a couple of stabilizing tent bars along the bottom. Way larger than I thought it was going to be. Not the best tent if you don''t have a lot of space. We ended up with one tent in the basement and the other in the living room and the tunnel goes back and forth between the two rooms. My son loves it. Plays with it every day. My husband and I are both 5''8"" and are able to ''hang out'' in the tents as well.
